Sandblasting machining mode:
This machine is controlled by Siemens PLC and controlled by touch screen man-machine interface. According to different size and shape of workpiece and process requirements, sandblasting processing program is compiled, which is convenient to operate and has low failure rate.
The workpiece is placed on the fixture of the small turntable. The large turntable brings the workpiece into the sandblasting chamber. The machine starts sandblasting automatically. The workpiece passes through sandblasting continuously according to the program setting. The nozzle swings back and forth to carry out automatic sandblasting on the surface of the workpiece. After the surface of the workpiece is impacted by high-speed sand particles, the surface is cleaned quickly and the sand feeling is full and uniform. The processed workpieces are rotated to the initial cleaning chamber for cleaning through the large turntable, and the cleaned sand material is recycled to the grinding bucket for recycling. The workpiece after initial cleaning is rotated to the loading and unloading area with the large rotary table, and the workpiece is removed manually.

1. Host housing:
It is welded with 3-6 mm thick steel plate and painted on the surface. A shield and rubber skin are set at the feeding and discharging ends to prevent dust from escaping. 2. Workpiece conveying device:
Rubber skin is attached on the rotating turntable of the machine. The motor is a three-phase gear reducer with motor power of 0.37kw. The motor is controlled by frequency converter, and the rotation speed of the small turntable can be adjusted according to the requirements of sandblasting process.
3. Sprinkler swing device:
The eccentric wheel linkage mechanism is used to swing the nozzle. The moving distance and position of the nozzle can be adjusted according to the sandblasting effect, and the moving speed of the nozzle can be adjusted. The mobile motor adopts Taiwan Chengbang brand three-phase gear reducer motor with power of 0.75KW. Two groups of swing rods are arranged on the main engine, with 12 sandblasting heads in total. It can be adjusted according to the product requirements.
4. Nozzle group:
This machine is equipped with 12 nozzles. Nozzle material is aluminum alloy, model: xz-b. The nozzle material is wear-resistant boron carbide. Nozzle diameter: Ф 8mm. The distance, angle and position of the nozzle can be adjusted according to the user's product needs. It can be set to swing or not to swing. Each nozzle can be started independently, and the number of nozzles required can be started according to the processing requirements.
5. Electrical system:
1) The electrical system is composed of filter, pressure gauge, pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, travel switch, motor, corresponding pipeline and control elements.
2) The power supply is set as three-phase five wire system with six square meters (380V, 50Hz), and 63A leakage protection switch is set at the same time. The user must connect the power supply to the equipment control cabinet within 3 m with good grounding.
6. Air compression system: (provided by customer)
The sandblasting pressure can be adjusted according to the process requirements. The pressure ranges from 1 to 7 bar. The nozzle is controlled by the pressure regulating valve and equipped with a pressure gauge. The air compressor is required to meet the air pressure of not less than 7 bar. The 12 nozzles need to be equipped with 4 m3 / min dry compressed air (provided by the user) and a 1m3 air storage tank (provided by the user).
The user must connect the compressed air source with steel pipe to the air source interface of the equipment, and be equipped with a pressure reducing valve to ensure that the pressure of the air source used by the equipment is not greater than 7bar.

The wear-resistant sand pump adopts vertical sand pump, which is mainly composed of filter screen, pump body, impeller, guard plate, intermediate section, bearing body and motor base. Wear resistant mechanical seal is used to prevent mud from entering bearing body; impeller is of semi open structure; self aligning ball bearing is used at pump end of bearing body, back-to-back angular contact ball bearing is used at driving end, angular contact ball bearing bears axial load and radial load, and self-aligning ball bearing bears radial load.
