Operation procedure of crawler burring machine:
According to the product, select the appropriate machine processing.
Turn on the power switch, light up the lamp, open the front door, put the product in and close the door.
Adjust projection pressure, projection time, roll after projection and alarm time.
Turn on in order: fan start, belt forward rotation, projection start, electrostatic liquid elimination buttons.
Adjust the spraying and stopping time of electrostatic liquid according to the dry and wet degree of projection.
After the treatment, the front door should be patted several times to make the beads fall.
Open the front door, reverse the material return or take out the product with special tools, and close the door.
